Are you (the Voluntary Service Manager) expected to do the training?
The manager/team leader will give appropriate feedback to the Voluntary Service Manager when necessary-usually when there is a problem.
The holding of statutory, mandatory, and individual training records may be the responsibility of the Voluntary Service Manager, the education/training depart- ment or officer, or the volunteer himself/herself.
The planning, delivery, evaluation, and audit of the education/training pro- vided can be the responsibility of the VSM or a designated education/training staff member or department.
It may well be the responsibility of the VSM and/or the education officer/department especially where it overlaps with established courses, or it may be considered the sole responsibility of the Board and senior management.
